Dear MCQ Members
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the committee members for your effort in supporting me since becoming the Club President.
I’m very thankful for the support given by many in making our ‘Malaysia Day’ celebration on the 16th September 2018 a successful event. I hoped everyone had enjoyed the event. A special ‘Thank you’ to Susan Neve (President) Singapore Club of Qld Inc and members who came to support this event too.
The committee members have been working hard in preparing for our next year Chinese New Year Dinner which will be held on 19th January 2019. Thank you to all our event sponsors. We are very pleased to have Beijing Club to perform on this special night.
As mentioned in the last issue, Malaysian activities were mostly based around ‘makan-makan’. We had another makan-makan session for the Christmas Celebration on the 9th Dec 2018. Please check out the photos in https://www.facebook.com/MYClubQld/

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the food stalls cater @Anthea Soliano Chase-Currier, Chloe Cha, Elaine Heng, Su Ling Yong, Gary Goh and Susie Goh that helped to make these event a success.
