25th Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
This is a quick reminder on our upcoming AGM this Sunday 23 August 2019, Time: 2.30pm (Warrigal Road State School Activity Hall, Eight Mile Plains)
- Attendance is open to all financial members of the Club.
- Attendance is free for those members attending the AGM only.
- Voting is open to financial members of the Club only.
- Members unable to attend may provide signed and dated proxy forms to the Secretary for voting purposes by 5pm on 16 August 2019.
- Nominations for Management Committee positions must be received by 5pm on 16 August 2019. Late nominations will be considered at the Committee’s discretion.
- Sports and other social activities will be deferred until the close of the meeting after which they may recommence.
- Meeting agenda, copies of minutes of last AGM and the 2019/2020 financial report will be emailed to financial members.
